Many of us don't realise the extent to which we minimize ourselves with weak language and aren’t aware of the negative repercussions this seemingly small aspect of our communication can have on our trajectories. In this session, we'll explore the drivers of minimizing word use, discuss your Brand and explore how you can strengthen your communication, particularly when you're in challenging situations. This is a 3CE credit event.

• Understand and discuss the WHYs, and HOWs of Minimizing Language and the implications for our work & career.

Students will be immersed in an interactive night learning about interesting career paths after graduation by inspiring women in their fields. The event will take place on Thursday, September 28th from 6-8PM at the Faculty of Dentistry.
